+# Open-source, not open-contribution
+
+While this project is open source (see LICENSE.txt), it is not accepting
+contributions at this time.
+
+There are multiple reasons for this, but they all boil down to barely having
+time to write software, with none remaining to manage projects.
+
+## Bugs
+
+An exception to the above is bug reports.  If you run into a situation where
+the software isn't working as it is documented, please let me know!  If you
+can reduce it to a basic use case, that would be incredible, but any substantial
+description should help me track it down.
